Once Upon a Bling Time

This card just screams Bling! Finding just the right Bling and Nestabling™ is so easy when Want2Scrap™ has so many colors and types to choose from. For this Springtime creation I chose to use the Nestabling™ Fancy Tags Two Silver Rhinestones along with Spellbinders™ S5-030 Fancy Tags Two die temples, Nestabling™ Labels Eleven Pink Pearls along with Spellbinders™ S4-246 Labels Eleven die template and LF-246 Grand Labels Eleven. To make the little fairy in the picture stand out, I took one of the small Nestabling™ Labels Eleven Pink Pearls and created a frame around the fairy, this shows that just because you don't have the die template doesn't mean you still can't use the Nestabling™, they are amazing even without the matching die template.

I just love using Graphic 45 paper and this Once Upon A Springtime is probably one of my favorites, I am sure I say that about all of their paper..he he. I hand trimmed the primrose flowers and added a 72 count Black Pearls to each of the flowers centers, dusted them with some Diamond Stickles and die cut the
Spellbinders™ S4-328 Foliage, sanded, inked and added the Le Creme Baby Pearls to the stem of the leaves.

I attached my creative pieces to my Labels Eleven shape card using Beacon Adhesives Zip Dry, took some pink satin ribbon tied a nice size bow, added a couple decorative stick pins just behind the bow and there you have a festive Springtime creation. Thank you for stopping by my blog post today and I hope that you find some inspiration to try the amazing Nestabling™ for your self, until then have an amazingly creative day.

We were so lucky to have Julie Tuker-Wolek as our guest designer this month. Not only is she so talented but she is also the sweetest gal ever! Thanks for brightening our blog for the month Julie!

I know you may have seen this album during our Want2Scrap™ Nestabling™ Blog Hop but I just wanted to show if off here on our blog! Lets check out this adorable mini she created using lots of Want2Scrap™ and Nikki Sivils, Scrapbooker.

Don't you love this Chipboard Album. The adorable Max and Mollie line by Nikki Sivils, Scrapbooker was perfect for this Easter Album!

I love the photo editing Julie used on this photo...great idea and the Brown Finesse Swirls really set it off! I also love the how she added the White Pearls to the banner. What a great way to add dimension.

I love how she altered the Chipboard embellishments here.

Julie rocked the Nestabling™ all through the album!

Now for this darling layout! I just love every bit of the fantastic design! The great big sun background, the darling photo, adorable ice cream cones, the bits of pearls floating around the page...so much to take in.

A perfect pair...Want2Scrap and Graphic 45!

I was thrilled when a box of Graphic 45 showed up on my porch...they were extremely generous with the Want2Scrap™ design team. Of course my favorite line is the On the Boardwalk line. Being the summer and beach lover that I am it is a new favorite of mine!

My adorable little nephew loves the beach too and we usually get to spend at least a few days in Avalon with him. He loved playing in the sand...and a dump truck made it even better!

I dove into the Nestabling™. The lime green Labels Fourteen Nestabling™ worked perfectly with the Labels Fourteen Die Cuts by Spellbinders™. I also used a little Zip Dry by Beacon Adhesives™ which was the perfect adhesive to make this little sequined flower embellishment.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Hugs to you all!

Nestabling™, Swirls and Pearls

Good morning and welcome to the Want2Scrap™ blog! Today, I have a pretty Spring card filled with Nestabling™, Swirls and Pearls to share with you.
Here is the card that I designed using Nestabling™ Lacey Ovals Moss Pearl, (love this color of green! *wink*) 72 Count - White Pearls - Self Adhesive , Swirls, Finesse - Brown Rhinestone - 2 Pack - Self Adhesive and Baby - White - Pearls -100 Count. To start I cut/embossed a piece of Simply Smooth Ivory cardstock from Discount Cardstock using the Grand Calbiur™ and S4-314 Lacey Ovals #5 die template from Spellbinders™. Then I added the Nestabling™ Lacey Ovals Moss Pearl from Want2Scrap™. Look how beautifully and perfectly the Nestabling™ fits on the lacey edges of the die cut. Next I cut/embossed the image of the birds using the Grand Calibur™ and S4-110 Classic Ovals Large #4 die template from Spellbinders™. The image of the birds is from Crafty Secrets Birds & Botanicals Images & Journal Notes. Here is a close up of the image and Nestabling™.
Next I wanted to add a Swirls, Finesse - Brown Rhinestone - 2 Pack - Self Adhesive but I knew it was going to be a little big for the space I had left on my card so I cut the swirl into two pieces. By cutting the swirl it does tow things--allows me to use it in the space I have and I can create a different look for the swirls depending on the placement. Here is a picture with the placement of the swirl. I also added 72 Count - White Pearls - Self Adhesive and Baby - White - Pearls -100 Count to the tip of each swirl. I love this look! It give the appearance the swirl and pearls are all one piece. I added a flower for and embellishment at the bottom. To create the flower I cut Simply Smooth Ivory cardstock, using the Grand Calibur™ and S5-050 Rose Creations die templates. Then I inked the edges with Spun Sugar Distress Ink and added a 72 Count - White Pearls - Self Adhesive to the center and then added Flower Soft around the pearl. For the leaves I used S4-328 Foliage and Herbal Garden Medium Prismatic cardstock. I inked the leaves with Peeled Paint Distress Ink. For the sentiment I used word blocks from Crafty Secrets Altered Fairies Creative Scraps. For a finishing touch I added Diamond Stickles to the image, flower and leaves.

Blinging up your gift packaging

Want2ScrapTM bling is for everything! Including dressing up your gift packaging. I started with this cute and downloadable freebie tea bag template from Waltzingmouse Stamps. I wanted to maintain the transparent look of areal tea bag so Icut my template out of white vellum and then embossed the whole bag in a Cuttlebug swiss dots embossing envelope.
With a great gift bag base it was time to go to town with bling, NestablingTM, stamps and papers. With the help of the Standard Circles SM S4-116 and the Classic Scalloped Circles SM S4-125 I was able to make a foundation for the Nestabling Heart Circles Hot Pink Rhinestones. These coordinated beautifully with the 72 Count - Hot Pink Pearls - Self Adhesive to accent the stamped tea pot and flourish.

I hope you *enjoyed* dressing up this gift packaging with me!

Huzzah To Ye Bling!

Huzzah to my fair maiden Leahandra! What is a princess without her Bling? Well my little princess has all the bling she could ever need from Want2Scrap™...doesn't she just look beautiful surrounded my Swirls 2010 Black Rhinestones, Amber 72 count Rhinestone Bling, Swirls Finesse Black Rhinestones and the black butterfly is also found through the consumer shows that Want2Scrap™ does on the CK Conventions. To adhere my butterfly and pictures to my layout I used Beacon Adhesives™ Zip Dry™

I used Cosmo Cricket pattern paper because I thought it was just perfect colors for my Renaissance photos. I took the Swirls Finesse Black Rhinestone and the Amber 72 count Rhinestone and placed them to highlight my letters.
Don't they just look perfect? I then used rub-on letters and the alphabet die cut letters from Cosmo Cricket to create my title....look at that Nestabling™ Petite Scalloped Circles SM Black Rhinestones I used this to help embellish the dot of my "I" along with the 72 count Back Pearls .
I just loved how every piece I added to this layout just fit so perfectly, and then I thought to myself this was so easy to create because every single piece of bling I added to my project just fit so nicely together....I just love my bling!

Thank you for stopping by my blog post today, I hope that I have inspired you to try our bling for yourselves.
